Limestone Networks Performs Substantial Network Upgrades
Dallas, TX, July 13, 2010 – Limestone Networks, Inc., the Dallas-based dedicated server provider, has just completed a handful of network upgrades in response to a rapidly growing client base and an ever-expanding need for further scalability.
Adding to its collection of top quality internet transit providers, Limestone has added a 10 gigabit connection with Savvis to its ever expanding network. The connection with Savvis joins Limestone’s other 2010 additions such as Telia (10 gig) and Global Crossing (10 gig).
In addition to the Savvis circuit, Limestone has also contracted with Internap to install an additional 10 gigabit circuit this fall. This circuit is expected to be online in October after the install and rigorous testing is completed.
To handle route optimization for the growing bandwidth demand, Limestone has also upgraded its Internap Flow Control Platform (FCP) system. The FCP is a route analysis and optimization system which is used to ensure efficient packet delivery from Limestone’s network, which the FCP accomplishes by choosing the route with optimal loss and latency metrics. By installing the FCP 10Gx, Limestone has satisfied its route optimization needs for years to come with a unit that will scale to 80 gigabits of throughput.
Limestone, which has recently reported staggering growth for the first half of the year, has significantly increased network-level expenditures to ensure the performance of their network.
These changes are all part of Limestone Networks’ dedication to providing customers with simple, solid and superior experience. Limestone is offering the best dedicated virtual server hosting services on the internet. Contact the Limestone Networks Sales Team at sales@limestonenetworks.com to see what they have to offer.
RESELLERS: You asked. We delivered. The new reseller program launches today.
Limestone Networks has introduced one of the most innovative and aggressive reseller programs in the industry that features significant discounts for resellers. The reseller program is structured on a five tiered system with discounts based on the number of servers online. Resellers only need two servers online to qualify for the program and start receiving exclusive price reductions. Beyond the initial discount, Limestone Networks has also introduced a loyalty program as a special reward to clients based on longevity. Clients in the program will be entitled to extra savings on top of the already heavily discounted reseller pricing.
The innovative new program also features additional discounting that can be combined with other promotions and sales to ensure that resellers are given the best pricing possible on Limestone Network’s entire line of servers. Reseller discounts will be up to 20% off regular priced servers and allow coupon stacking of up to 11% off of servers that are on promotions. In conjunction with special pricing and early notification of new sales, resellers will have access to the exclusive Limestone Networks Reseller Forum, the leading-edge reseller dashboard, as well as a periodic reseller newsletter with special news, offers, and tips for resellers.
Limestone Networks introduced this program in response to customer feedback and a growing reseller market. Gary Kendall, CVO and CEO of Limestone Networks comments that, “Since the beginning, we have always worked to conform everything that we do to our mantra of ‘Simple, Solid and Superior’. This is yet another example of superior service offerings that we provide to our loyal reseller base.”

Limestone Networks Further Improves Network with New Transit Provider
Dallas, TX, June 2, 2009 – Limestone Networks, Inc., the Dallas-based dedicated server company, has partnered with a new transit provider, NTT/Verio. NTT is one of the few Tier 1 transit providers across the globe that currently offers native IPv6 connectivity. This is an advantage for Limestone Networks as IPv4 space becomes increasingly scarce over the next few years. Logan Vig, CTO of Limestone Networks, comments that, “This will be a huge asset as we plan to begin researching IPv6 options and working to build a relievable, native, and scalable IPv6 offering for our customers.”
NTT, the world’s top ranked Tier 1 IP backbone, features the largest capacity between Japan and the U.S. and will improve routing for Asia-based Limestone Network clients.
Limestone Networks already provides clients with Tier 1 bandwidth carriers including Level3, Time Warner, Global Crossing, and Internap.
The new changes, which were put online earlier this week, are in conjunction with network changes made previously this year. Limestone Networks has already upgraded the existing network by implementing Internap® Flow Control Platform™ (FCP) solution. This change allows data to flow through the best performing route on the network.
These upgrades are all part of Limestone Network’s continued commitment to innovation and improvement. Contact the Limestone Networks Sales Team at sales@limestonenetworks.com to experience a simple, solid, and superior network.
