* The Loyalty Program is offered as an exclusive reward for loyal resellers. Resellers that have servers that are 90 days or older are entitled to an extra 2% discount on new servers. The Loyalty Program discounts do not apply to sale items.
** Discounts on sale items apply only to resellers in the Loyalty Program.
Program Rules:
- Discounts are on the core price of the server only, and not upgrades
- Discounts do not apply to servers that are listed under $100
- Resellers have a 60 day ramp up period in which they must have at least 2 servers online in order to maintain a reseller status
- Reseller coupon cannot be shared with any other clients. If a reseller's coupon is used by another client, the reseller will lose their reseller status.

Limestone Networks Roles and Responsibilities to Reseller
- Provides self-managed dedicated server products and services to resellers.
- Provides customer service to resellers.
- Provides support to handle resale orders and service.
- Establishes and handles reseller's account.
Reseller Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides billing to end user
- Must have and maintain a functional site reselling dedicated servers
- Must receive and resolve SPAM, DMCA & Abuse reports of reseller clients
- Resells Limestone Networks products and services as an independent company
- Provides customer service to the end user and is the end user's only point of contact in connection with Limestone Networks services and products Reseller sells it's customers
- Uses own logo and brand
- Handles all marketing and sales support for end users
- Establishes end user pricing
- Resellers that have cancelled a server without proper notice or have an unpaid and overdue balance will be denied from ordering new servers until the account is settled
- Reseller must have at least 2 servers online, after the 60 day ramp up period, to qualify for reseller hosting discounted pricing
