Rockware handles everything from billing to remote power on and off. Rockware users can monitor bandwidth usage on readable graphs, make direct switch port configurations such as switching between 10mbps, 100mbps and 1000mbps for both public and private ports, do automatic OS reloads, and gain instant access to rDNS entries.
Along with these advanced utilities, Rockware handles all ticketing and partnering opportunities. In the support tab, clients are able to communicate directly with our support technicians via our ticketing system. The partner tab provides resellers with automatically generated coupon codes based on their server commitment.
